To match your budget and busy schedule, choose from a great range of delivery prices and times when you order online. We deliver from sunday to thursday , and offer next-day delivery, and at a time to suit – just some of the reasons 93% of iClicks customers rate our delivery service reliable.Plus if you want to avoid any charges that would apply if we did deliver, or can’t be in for us to do so, you can order online to collect in store instead.
Please note: we deliver large items items and small items separately. If your order contains both, you’ll need to choose a delivery option for each.Our Delivery partner is Fetchr and all the information of the service could be located at this link www.fetchr.us.
TVs under 39”, laptops, desktops computers, cameras, howerboards or other small items. These delivery details do not apply to products delivered directly from an approved supplier. These details can be viewed when selecting your delivery options in the checkout, or using our stock checker on the item’s product page.

You have two ways to select how you get an order delivered:
- Directly off the product page for the item you’re buying.
Simply enter the Phone number or town you want delivery to, and we’ll serve you delivery prices and dates for that location. To add an option to your basket, click on it.
- In checkout, once you’ve added an item to your basket.
When prompted, simply select a day and time slot for delivery, or choose Standard 5-day delivery.
Large items (excluding models delivered direct from the manufacturer)
We deliver to all mainland United Arab Emirates*.
We deliver to addresses right across mainland United Arab Emirates.
Same day delivery, and Friday afternoon delivery, are only available to areas in this table:

Large items (excluding models delivered direct from the manufacturer)
Track your order online using our free iTrackit service. All you need is your tracking number (as given from fetchr delivery service).
You can find out the expected time of a standard delivery from the instance you give your details to our delivery partner on their website. Simply go to iTrack it and enter your details to view the delivery schedule.
A courier will deliver your order for small items on our behalf. To track your delivery, simply click on the link in your order-confirmation email to go to the courier’s website.
To keep you updated on your order, we’ll email you when it’s being dispatched. When ordering, please provide your mobile number as your main number so we can also update you by text on the evening before, or morning of, delivery.
If you’re ordering a large item, we’ll text you to let you know the approximate delivery time. You can also find this out online using our iTrack It service.
If you’re ordering a small item for delivery on a day and time of your choice, on delivery day you’ll receive a notification detailing your delivery time slot.
Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?
Yes. All deliveries require a signature to confirm you’ve received your order correctly.
When do you deliver?
For large items, we deliver 6 days a week in most areas. Delivery isn’t available on public holidays.
For small items, a courier delivers on our behalf Saturday to Thursday. Delivery isn’t available on public holidays.

We deliver to all mainland United Arab Emirates. Please check the Where We Deliver section on this page to find out more details.
My order hasn’t arrived yet; where is it?
You can track the delivery of a large item you’ve ordered via iTrack It , and of a small item by the courier’s online tracking system. Please check the Track Your Order section on this page to find out more details.
We do everything we can to ensure our delivery times are met, but sometimes delays do occur due to traffic, accidents or unforeseen situations. We’ll let you know if we become aware of an unexpected delivery delay, or you can contact Fetchr +971-4801-8100
What if I miss the delivery?
If you’re not at home when we come to deliver, you can re-arrange delivery again without an additional charge.
For large items , we’ll attempt to contact you at the time of delivery and will wait a few minutes for you if you’re nearby. If the delivery is missed, we’ll leave a delivery card to let you know we came. You can re-book a delivery date that suits you by contacting our UK Contact Centre on 0344 561 1234.
For small items , the courier will leave a delivery card and send you a text to let you know the delivery was missed. They’ll usually try to deliver again the following day, or you can follow the instructions on the delivery card to re-arrange another delivery date. Our couriers may deliver your parcel to your neighbours if we miss you, please see the delivery card left to you.
Can I change my delivery date or address after I placed an order?
For large items , you can change the delivery date by calling Fetchr at +971-4801-8100
For small items , if you choose a delivery date and time to suit you, you’ll receive a text from the courier the night before delivery is due. Simply to switch it, simply reply with a new delivery date.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to change your delivery address to a different one after an order is placed.
